Time for something different

I made this card last week.  I wanted to keep the card clean and simple(as is my style) and keep the focus on the stamped images. I used brown ink and gorgeous blue iced pearlised card popped onto a Kraft card blank. I also used a tiny bit of gilding flakes, which is an achievement for me as I don't do "messy" crafting lol. I also used Glossy Accents and Crackled Accents on some of the watch faces.

I hope you like it.

Ingredients
Memento Rich Cocoa ink
Glossy and Crackled Accents
Gilding Flakes
Pearlised paper and kraft card from stash

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges;
Joanna Sheen Challenge Blog - Totally Sentimental(Sentiment must be the focal point)
Hiding in my craft room - Limited Layers
Card Makin Mamas - Try Something New(Gilding in my case)
Use Your Stuff - Let's Hear it For the Boys
That Craft Place - Vintage

  1. Very pretty! Well impressed that you've tried gilding too - I can't bear the thought of the mess I'd make :-)

  5. I know what you mean about messy crafting but glad you took the trouble with this card, Carol. It 'feels' like a good card for a male - yes?
