There is a new range on the block.

And I would like to say "Welcome to 31 Spook Street" . And the residents of this street are The Strange Family. I am soooo super excited and lucky to have had a sneaky play, and teased you all with a sneaky peek, with this spooktacular new range from Sarah Hurley.
I had a play with the Digi Kit to make this card, and a couple of the stamp sets are winging their way to me.  As soon as I saw them, I knew I had to have them, especially when I saw the really cute cat, owl and ghosts wooooooo. Though best of all is this little chap that I have coloured as he is called "Malcolm Strange" and I adore him, nothing to do with the fact my hubby is called Malcolm ;-) The digis in the set are coloured or black and white, so ideal if you want to make a quick card, or like me want to create a scene with one or more of the characters. I popped Poe the Owl and Muffin the Cat in, just so Malcolm wasn't alone.  You may have noticed the awesome skulls and bones on the background paper, that is also from the set and is featured in different colours, and they all work perfectly together.

Anything goes at Stitchy Bear.

It's time for a new challenge over at One Stitch At A Time Designs and this week the theme is "Anything Goes".  The prize is the full set of digi images that the DT used in challenge #180. So that's about $20 worth of digi images.. To win our main prize you MUST use an image that's available in StitchyBear Digi Outlet by any of our creators. You can still enter with a none StitchyBear Digi Outlet image but will be entered into a separate draw to win $3 to spend in the store.

This time I used Sweet Treats which is designed by Reeces Scrap Pieces, it is a great kit as it has black and white digis, coloured digis and papers that co-ordinate perfectly. I used a black and white digi and coloured it in, added some Glossy Accents to the cherry and some bright pink stickles to the icing. How cute!

Ingredients
Cupcake and paper from Sweet Treats by Reeces Scrap Pieces
Coloured with Flex Markers
Sentiment from Hero Arts
Glossy Accents and Stickles
Pink paper, ribbon and gems from stash.

I hope you can join us this week, and look forward to seeing your creations.

Babies is the theme.

Aloha! This is my first post for the Kitty Bee Designs DT and I can't tell you how excited I am to be onboard, I love their super cute digis.  You can get them from their Etsy Store and they have something for all occasions.

The theme this time is Babies, and I used the cute Super Star Bunny to make my card. I opted to keep it CAS, and let the image be the main focus.  Yellows are always a safe colour to have in your stash of baby cards lol.
