A Gorjuss wee card!

Hi, today I would like to share a card that I made during the week. A while ago I coloured this wee Gorjuss Girl in with just Sepia toned Promarkers after seeing Sarah Hurley demo it, I popped the image into a safe place and just recently rediscovered her.

I opted for pinks and browns to keep the card nice and simple. I haven't put a sentiment on the card yet...

I coloured the stars in with a Sakura glitter gel pen to add some subtle sparkle.

Fairies and Toadstools!

Hello, today I am sharing a card that has 2 of my favourite things - Fairies and Toadstools.

I decided it was time to look out my Promarkers and Flexmarkers and colour in. Sometimes we all need to escape from real life and take some time out to play. I love the Gorjuss Girl stamps and have one or two *cough* that I like to colour in.  I found a lovely piece of cardstock in my stash and decided to use the colours on it for my Fairy and the die cut toadstools. I have left a wee space at the top right corner so I can pop a sentiment onto once I decide if I can part with it lol.

New month, new Guest Design Team Member.

Just realised that with it being the 1st of November, I can now reveal my crafty secret(I am usually rubbish at keeping secrets lol) I have been asked to be a Guest Designer for Cute Card Thurdays *happy dance* and their first challenge of the month is Fairies and Angels.  I love both, and tied my love of Gorjuss Girl stamps into my creation.

 

I coloured her using Promarkers, Fleximarkers and Kuretake Art & Graphic pens, I opted for lilacs and blues for a complete change, and made her wings sparkly with Stickles.  I stamped her onto a Nestie circle, and popped that onto a Nestie scalloped circle. I used some wee punches I bought to pretty up the white space on the die cut, they were a complete bargain at 3 for £1, and I am using them loads :)
